Cancellation policy
Plateforged plates are made to your specification. Please request a cancellation or change as soon as you can.
This design preview accepts no orders or payments. These are Plateforged’s intended store policies. Contact details are on the Contact Us page. Legal operator details and the business address will be added before ordering opens.

The first hour
Request cancellation within one hour of ordering without a cancellation fee. Changes requested in that hour have no modification fee; you pay any increase in the revised specification’s price.
After the first hour
Before dispatch, a discretionary cancellation may carry a £5 charge per plate, plus 1.5% of the order value excluding shipping and £0.20. Preparation may begin before documents arrive; road-use manufacture still requires the necessary checks. A later change may cost more if the original plates have been made.
Dispatch and approved refunds
This cancellation arrangement ends when the order enters shipment. We initiate an approved cancellation refund to the original payment method on the approval day; bank processing can take longer. An order we cannot fulfil for legal or technical reasons will be cancelled with a full refund.
Requesting a change
Give Plateforged your order number and the cancellation or change required. This made-to-order policy does not restrict statutory cancellation rights for eligible goods or remedies for faulty or misdescribed products.
